Service Description

Our teens class is the perfect class to help our teens bridge the gap joining our adult members in a class specifically targeting practical street and school smart self-defence techniques. This class covers content like escapes, defensive strategies from common adverse attacks and bullying behaviour, technical takedowns and joint locks, tactical and situational awareness to help give our students the confidence and skills required as they become young adults in this modern world.
