About

The Yellow Belt Online Course is designed to give students a strong and supportive introduction to Jujitsu at Dynamic CQC Jujitsu. This course focuses on building confidence, safety awareness, and foundational movement skills while helping students understand the culture and expectations of training on the mats. Students will learn essential mat rules, basic Jujitsu movements, and an introduction to common positions, alongside developing a positive mindset toward learning, effort, and consistency. The Yellow Belt course supports students of all ages and abilities and works alongside regular classes to prepare students for their first grading. Completion of this course is required for Yellow Belt grading eligibility but does not guarantee promotion. Progress is based on consistency, attitude, and coach assessment.
