Program Details
Our ‘Martial Arts Program is structured to suit all ages, skill levels and gender from the age of 5 and above.
DYNAMIC DYNAMITES
5-7 years old 30-minute Class,
Our Dynamites class starts with a fundamentals program to help build confidence, focus, discipline, balance & co-ordination, basic body movements, teamwork, basic martial arts skills, and games. This group is suited for kids aged between 5 & 7 years of age; our Dynamites learn the necessary skills to graduate into our Scorpions class when their skills are ready to advance to our Scorpions classes or in the year they turn 8.
In this Group students graduate to a junior red belt after developing and displaying key skills (typ. 3-6 months), Dynamites train 2 day's per week (Tuesday & Thursday’s) during school terms.
DYNAMIC SCORPIONS
8-15 years old – 1 hour Class
Our Scorpions class is designed to teach kids basic & intermediate martial arts skills building off our Dynamites core structure, this includes speed & agility drills, tactical Awareness, challenges through a graded system and more. Our Scorpions graduate to our adult program from the age of 15 and above (size & skill set dependent).
Our Scorpions class is a great junior pathway to our more advanced martial arts & self defence classes with the adult’s group Dynamic CQC Jujitsu.
Another important part of our system is teaching personnel safety & awareness to give our students and parents piece of mind that the skills and concepts we teach, will potentially help their children prevent and divert any adverse school or street bullying that they may encounter throughout their lives.
In this group students grade from white to a junior Black Belt through a graded syllabus structure (typ. 6-7 Years), Scorpions train 4 days per week (Tuesday’s, Wednesday's, Thursday’s & Saturday's) during the school terms.
DYNAMIC CQC JUJITSU
Adults Group 15 years and above – 1.5hour Class
At Dynamic CQC Jujitsu we teach students at all levels (beginners to advanced) from our structured syllabus and fundamental concepts. our system is designed to teach each student lifelong skills aimed at building strength, endurance, fitness, confidence, discipline and more. Our adult’s class has similar concepts to our junior classes but with further challenges as one progresses their skills.
Our adult class includes a wide variety of skills as listed below,

Hiit (high intensity interval training) group fitness workouts catered for all levels

Basic to advanced break falls & tactical rolls (head & body protection)

Basic, intermediate & advanced striking drills and techniques

Weapons defense, striking & displays using Jo & Bo staff, bokken, flexible weapons, gun, stick, knife and improvised weapons)

In this group students grade from white to black belt through a graded syllabus structure (typ. 7 + Years), adults train for 49 weeks per year, 4 + days per week (Monday's, Tuesday’s, Thursday’s and Saturday's).
DYNAMIC Kickboxing
Aged 12 years and above – 1.5hour Class
At Dynamic CQC Jujitsu we teach kickboxing classes designed to challenge your physical and mental limits while equipping you with practical skills for self-defence. These classes combine the art of kickboxing with the inclusion of Dynamic CQC Jujitsu core striking drills, making them effective, engaging, and highly rewarding for all fitness and skill levels.
Our kickboxing classes are structured to maximize both fitness and technique, ensuring every participant gains a well-rounded experience:

Dynamic Warm-Up: Begin each session with a high-energy warm-up featuring mobility exercises, dynamic stretches, and light cardio to activate your muscles and improve flexibility

Technical Kickboxing Training: Learn and refine fundamental and advanced techniques, including: Striking combinations (punches, kicks, elbows, and knees). Defensive evasion techniques including (blocking, slipping, and counters). Proper stance, footwork, and movement for balance and power generation and

Learn correct pad holding techniques for safe training and partner training exercises.

High-Intensity Circuit Drills: Engage in intense, timed circuits that include bag work, partner drills, and shadowboxing. These drills are designed to simulate real-life scenarios while boosting cardiovascular fitness and endurance.

Controlled Sparring (Optional): For those seeking to test their skills, optional sparring sessions provide a safe and controlled environment to apply techniques and build confidence.
